"So, those are some of my impressions on the first day. This is a World Bank tribunal but one last point across, too, is that clearly, the Indian government is an accomplice in all of this. Some of us heard yesterday, I think, about the Indian finance ministry; the revolving door between the World Bank and the IMF, how the world view and the thought and sometimes even the paychecks are co-mingled.

So, I think, as we hear these testimonies and about these issues and formulate recommendations, I think they have to be formulated to the Indian finance ministry and the government, I mean, targeted to the finance ministry as it is the main voice in the board of the representative of World Bank and India does have a main voice in the World Bank. This is increasingly important."
